Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood. To help meet that need and save lives, Rockland Interact Club is partnering with the Red Cross to host the Rockland Central School Blood Drive from 2 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, in the new gym at the Rockland Middle/High School.
Appointments may be made by calling 800-733-2767 or visiting the Red Cross Rockland Central School Blood Drive webpage. Power Red Cell Donations for those who are O-, O+, A- or B- are also encouraged. New Donors and walk-ins are also welcome.
Through the Fall into habit of donating promotion, donors will receive a $15 e-gift card.
