Board Petitions Available

Rockland Central School District Board of Education is seeking to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Edward Gorr for the remainder of the three-year term expiring June 30, 2028. Petitions are available at the Office of the District Clerk. Please contact the District Clerk at 845-439-1500, ext. 7201, or marlyn.peters@rcsd.us to obtain a petition. Petitions are to be returned to the district clerk by 5 p.m. Nov. 16, 2026. The election will take place between noon and 8 p.m. Dec. 15, with polling locations at the Rockland Middle/High School Gymnasium at 19 School St. in Livingston Manor and Rockland Elementary Gymnasium at 6 Academy St in Roscoe.

Rockland PTSA will host a Trunk or Treat from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct.30, at the Rockland Middle/High School at 19 School St. in Livingston Manor.
