Rockland Middle/High School welcomed the newest members of its Wolf Pack on Monday, Aug. 17.
More than half of the 60-member Class of 2032 attended seventh-grade orientation at the school in Livingston Manor, where they were welcomed by Principal Adam Larson, Assistant Principal Chris Hubert, faculty and staff.
The students and their families had a chance to review their schedules, learn more about and meet with their teachers, test their lockers, and new this year — sign the Wolf Pack Pledge.
In the pledge, students committed to lead with effort, respect the pack and focus on the goal of graduating in 2032.
“I felt that coupling the signing day with orientation was a great way to welcome our incoming seventh graders and celebrate them becoming part of the middle/high school family,” Mr. Larson said. “We’re always looking for ways to make big moments even bigger for our students and their families.”
The first day for students for the 2026-27 school year is Tuesday, Sept. 8.
