Rockland Central School’s co-valedictorians Frances Ball andRobert Eckert were recently honored by the Sullivan County Legislature. Principal Adam Larson, highlighted the students achievements during the ceremony, where all area valedictorians were honored. Frances is pictured with her family. Robert was unable to attend due to illness.
