The Coach Fred Ahart Foundation will host its annual basket raffle on Friday, Nov. 28.

The foundation, which was formed in memory of the longtime Roscoe basketball and football coach and New York State Public High School Athletic Association Hall of Fame inductee, helps carry on Coach’s lifelong mission of supporting student-athletes and anyone in need.

The event will take place  from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Rockland House at 159 Rockland Road in Roscoe, with raffle drawing starting at 8 p.m.

Mystic Entertainment will provide music and light hors d'oeuvres will be served. 

Lou Farragher will speak at 7:45 p.m.

The foundation is accepting baskets, prizes and cash donations. Donations may be dropped off at 18 Maynard St. in Roscoe or mailed to The Coach Fred Ahart Foundation, P.O. Box 293, Roscoe, NY 12776.
