Dear Families and Staff,

We are writing to inform you that this morning (Dec. 19) of an incident involving two of our school buses. One of the bus’s side mirrors clipped another bus while traveling at low speed. There was no significant impact, and all students were safe at all times.

The buses involved were Bus 506 (Green Pig) and Bus 520 (Blue Lion). The situation was addressed immediately, and transportation staff followed all appropriate safety procedures. Out of an abundance of caution, even though there was no significant impact, all students who rode these buses will be evaluated by the school nurse.
